I posted a PDF of the split. I log every rep and every set on my own. So far, almost all of my lifts continue to improve. I don’t change exercises unless I feel it’s totally necessary, and rep ranges generally only change if I have hit a plateau.
My diet and training are constant as laid out in the original post. Still progressing on my lifts. Weight is staying steady for now. 3 weeks off gear so far.

Last time I went off gear was 5 years ago to have a kid. Been running blasting and cruising for 10 years. I will keep you posted about dosage changes and eventual bloodwork; possibly fertility updates if that is of any interest.

I am actually in the beginning of PCTing for the first time in 5 years (blast/cruise) for fertility reasons. Just doing 4 IU/pre and post workout with some insulin during this period.
I have these 15 mg/1.5 ml vials of Norditropin but no pens. So I wanted to be sure of the dosing. If I use slin pins, and extract .15 ml(or 15 units) that should equate to roughly 4+ IU’s, correct?
