Yes you should take it with Ostarine it really helps the ostarine build the bones back up when taken together.

I've seen it in some fat burners too but never as a standalone.

I have been having an Acai Bowl at this brazilian lunch place next to my gym. I'm doing it post workout and I'm wondering if all this sweet goodness is just my insulin shooting through the roof. Is Acai good for bodybuilding or just more sugar?
