Back today
Had a big breakfast at 1000 cals, 6 weekbix, banana, 500ml milk, 40g protein in a shake. Gym felt good and was solid. Tried not to overdo it like I normally do on back day and keep it purposeful. Session is below
yeah I’m not sure why my bench is lagging behind a bit. Yeah no more work for a month and flying out Monday. I’ll be sure to be smashing protein shakes the whole time for sure
Chest day
Had a long/busy day at work and only had 1400 calories by 3pm. Had a refeed by 5 in gym at 7 but still felt weak, still a good session but fell short when trying to push hard. Sleep 8 hours last night. Session attached below and todays macros.

Had to run 12.5mg twice a week Aromasin and kept low normal range, I might have actually benefited from less as I didn’t know the power of estrogen. Yeah I have a lot of junk volume. I just enjoy being in the gym so it’s hard to call it quit when I’m burnt out
This was Tuesday, I don’t have set days but I just cycle PPL 5 or 6 days a week, rested Monday and today so will be 5 days this week. Will post daily on each session with weights
I had AC joint reconstruction a couple years back and get clicking and discomfort from doing them unless I keep them in top range of motion. Still seeing the physio to get it back to 100%

Is crashing Estrogen an issue though ? I would be keen as I assume not as many side affects as half as Androgenic as test. Have you run higher eq then test before ?
