    Wanna know a good source of casein protein? Cottage cheese! Real food and loaded with the good stuff. Throw some peanut butter in there and it's a great thing to eat late when you're craving something. :)

    You can still buy some legit bulk powder DMAA but I personally think it's a waste of money, especially if you're just using it for cutting purposes when there's plenty of other things you could use that are more readily available and easier to find. Just my opinion though.

    I'll agree with just about all this. Protein is key, fish oil is great, and I'd say take some taurine. Keeping the muscle hydrated is great to help with soreness and keeps those cramps away. :)

    I'll second the elliptical to keep some pressure off. Maybe if you could handle the stair master at a low one would be good too? I personally like the stair master for my cardio.
