I suffer from the same issue. My problem is that my mind is always racing. I have trouble relaxing before bed because i'm thinking about all the things I have on the go and everything I need to do the following day. N2sleep has really helped me relax and have deep restful sleeps.

I take 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bed.
