So im 20 yo, 6"4 and 84kg, put on just under 10kg in the past 4/5 months but I want to get a lot bulkier. I'm aiming for 3500/4000 calories a day, does it matter what I eat as long as I reach this (obviously eating a lot of veg etc stil) some tips would be good.

So based upon my previous post the comments made (added to previous research) have finally made me wait until I'm matured enough to start steroids. A few people have mentioned SARMS to me, are these a legit way of adding some lean mass and bulking? Do they work? Are they available in the UK...
