So based upon my previous post the comments made (added to previous research) have finally made me wait until I'm matured enough to start steroids. A few people have mentioned SARMS to me, are these a legit way of adding some lean mass and bulking? Do they work? Are they available in the UK? Other alternatives to steroids would also be appreciated, thanks guys leave some ideas below. (Obviously I know the main factor is diet and training, just looking for some further tools to help me)
