You best bet would be to see if any local supplement stores have free sampler packs so you can try before you buy. I personally like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard but there are tons of tasty protein powders out there.
I personally take 2 200mg caffeine pills combined with 24 mg of yohimbine for my preworkout stims. I work out about 15 minutes after I wake up at 3 am. Obviously you want to take as little as you can to get the needed effect so 200 is a good place to start. I am almost done my 23 days on...
That's not many at all mate. I take so many pills at once that my entire mouth is full. IF your stomach can tolerate it then do so. And I do three separate batches. Pills just before working out, Pills just after working out, and pills just before bed. Anywhere from 10 to 30 at a time.
Supplements are not necessary to build muscle. Supplements can increase the amount of muscle and strength you gain. If you want to avoid all supplements then do so. You would just get slightly better results with creatine and protein.
BCAA's do have approximately 4 calories per gram so the label is misleading. It is fairly common for supplement companies to do this when they want to lower the overall calories of their products. They only seem to do it with BCAA's though. Not sure how they get away with it.
100% they are not SARMS then as you cannot buy legit SARMS in a store. You have bought something marketed to sucker in people to think they are real SARMS.
Capsules are only used by humans as far as I know. Buying the pure sarms powder is legal as well but capsules are not. Is Total Nutrition like a GNC so it has a physical store? If so then it is 100% not real SARMS. What is the website you bought it off of?
Nutribol is not injectable. It is legal for research purposes only. I believe sarms1 is a USA based distributor so you would not have to worry about customs.
Legit Sarms are always in liquid form. You most likely will have prohormones (or just some filler powder) if you have capsules bro. Sorry for the bad news.
