how do I combo these universal nutrition product: *Animal PM *Animal GH Max

I do about 1 hour of cardio per day mainly in the morning but when should I time my protein intake after cardio? like 45minutes 1 hour or less? I use basic whey protein (5lbs tub chocolate)

I think whey is better bc it gives the protein right as you workout not slow release.
