post workout protein timing

I do about 1 hour of cardio per day mainly in the morning but when should I time my protein intake after cardio? like 45minutes 1 hour or less? I use basic whey protein (5lbs tub chocolate)
 
As soon as you can is ideal but until then just make sure you got some aminos in you and youll be fine until you get your meal
 
Immediately is best probably. Depends on your goal maybe but as long as it's low carb it should be okay for a cut.
