I have powdered GABA that I started using for sleep last night but got a pretty bad headache from it in the morning. Like a GABA hangover that lasted most of the morning. How much of this stuff should I be taking? I'm going to 1/2 the dose tonight and trying it again.

It all depends on how many calories you have planned for yourself for that day, you can take whatever many servings as long as it doesn't put you past your allowance of carbohydrates for the day.

There is a product on amazon.com called Acnetame and it seems to get some good reviews for acne control. Not sure if i see anything unique about the ingredients but maybe the combination of them works. Here are the ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3 , Biotin, Selenium , CoQ10...
