Competitive Football and Powerlifting background 6th-12th Grade. Offensive guard toping out at 288lbs 5'9 (Very high BF) Personal Trainer over teen years now, and Firefighter/EMT for 2 years now. I have to many certs to list but like to incorporate a little NASM (CES) for flexibility , NCSF for muscle development , Power lifting cycles to keep or increase strength. The Bodybuilding Bible by Arnold strongly influences my weight training layout as well as CT Fletcher videos.
