I have put in an order on the 15-01-23 and it is now 10-01-24 and have not received it. I am an old customer and have never had issues with orders in the past. I have reached out through the therma app and no reply. I understand it gets busy and stuff but I would just like to know what is going on with the order I put in almost a month ago.
