Update with the lab test results of the product: Turns out my T400 blend was bullshit. It was supposed to be Test c 150 + Test e 150 + Test p 100. It was actually Sustanon 250mg/ml. So while I thought I was taking close to 500mg of test a week, I was getting about 250-300 mg. I was doing 0.6mL...
