I'm looking for a cycle that will help me get past my 10%BF threshold I've been stuck at I want 5-8% and I still want to gain clean mass at the same time to help increase overall proformamce. Any suggestions?
This coming Sunday (September 30th) will mark the end of my 2018 cutting cycle; a twelve week affair which has involved the use of test' c, primo' and 'var (I completed my final injection of test'-primo' yesterday afternoon, and I will take my final dose of anavar on Sunday).
As of this morining, my percentage of body fat stands at 6.8% (5'11" tall and 184.5lbs). I have achived this by no other means than the aforementioned AAS, very clean and consistent dietary practices, very consistent and aggressive weight training, as well as consistent yet moderate cardio vascular exercise. And, perhaps most noteworthy of all, I am 60-years-old.
So if your percentage of body fat is "stuck" at 10%, frenchdog, it is only because you are eating too much and/or not cleanly enough; not training consistently and/or hard enough; your cardio is lacking, or your problem is rooted in a combination of all of these factors.
In any case, frenchdog, since I know you to be much younger than I, I know that you can do it through diet, training and AAS alone.
Im excited for my test/primo cycle next year.
What are your dosages Eddie?
Also OP its tough if you are 10% bodyfat do you want to cut body fat or do you want to add muscle?
Its tough to do both at the same time. As Eddie said diet/training needs to be in check as AAS are not fat burners.
You could try Cardarine as Trevor posted or even stack cardarine with sr9009.
How old are you btw?

500mgs of primo', 300mgs of test', and 50mgs of 'var per week (my use of anavar was, of course, restricted to the final six weeks of the cycle).
Precisely, awm. Precisely! Short of those considerations, it is all for not. Too, awm, my 2018 cutting cycle involved the least amount of AAS that I have ever used. In fact, I think that doing so played a pivotal role in my dropping to below 7% BF.
I'm out! I'm out! I'm out!

I 100% agree with you bro too low-fat percentage is not good 10 to 8 is okCurious, why do you want to be below 10 percent other than competing for a show which doesn't seem like you're doing? Anything below 8% isn't healthy and 5 percent is just ridiculous, you're in your ESSENTIAL fats range which your body needs to survive, there's a reason bodybuilders feel worse the closer they get to a show. Too much body fat is unhealthy yet everyone seems to forget that too little body fat is just as bad if not worse.
Fasting will get you there
I was going to suggest the same.Fasting will get you there
I’m wondering if he realizes how low 5-8% is?
As to the OP, why are you looking to drop so low? Photo shoot or something? Most guys don’t hang out in the single digits.
Also wondering if he’s one of the people who don’t understand body fat numbers well. 10% is already very low and extremely lean/vascular, 5% is competitive numbers and are only held for short times.
I’ve seen so many people say they are 10% when realistically if they were dunked they would be more like 14.
yeah, 10% is nice. 8% is about perfection. Anything below that can look sickly at times if they do not have a good bit of mass already
Very true. In fact, 8% can look kind of fucked to if there is not enough muscle on the frame.

to get from 10 to 6, its going to take HUGE sacrifices with diet and intense types of training, with a lot more cardio involved... a compound is not going to do that for you.. im sorry but its not... gw will help you to take yoiur workouts to higher levels, which in turn can allow you higher capabilites but your diet is the main thing to do that and its a lot of trial and error along with sacrifice
