    Vit D dosing

    How much vitamin D are you guys dosing? I've been taking in 4000IU, but I'm going to bump up to the 6000 to 8000IU range. I think the recommended dosage or someone of 150 lbs. is 5,000 to 10,000IU.

    Does anyone experience bad breath from their protein shakes? I scrape my tongue and everything, yet these protein shakes give me bad breath. Whats the deal.
