Glucosamine work for older dudes?

any benfits of glucosamine for sore joints? knees ,elbows etc. 40 year old, i take on optimen multi , fish oil, but thinking f taking glucosamine. any input , thanks again

I take glucosamine sulfate every morning for my beat up old joints. It doesn't work miracles, but it does help a bit
