Clen is definitely harsh on the body. If you just want to trim up I suggest Winny. Start with 40-50mgs and up it to 80-100mgs after a few weeks for 4-8wks. Note Winny is a bit hard on the liver so avoid drinking and it isn't recommended to go over an 8 week cycle. You can also stack it w test...

Definitely personal preference and different for everyone, but i prefer to do so so that my hormone levels adjust gradually rather than shock them. Looking back at that post I forgot to add I would do the same with Winny as well.
