Second cycle advice?

What would y'all suggest for a second cycle, after a ~4 week PCT/Cruise? I'll start dieting during the cruise

Currently at the very end of my first cycle:
1-12 wk: Test-E 250mg E3.5
1-12 wk: Aromidex as needed, but I think I was crashing my Estrogen and didn't use it much at all near the end as my blood looked good (to me)

Plan to cruise:
1-4 wk: Test-E 125mg E3.5
1-4 wk: Aromisin as needed.

My goals, in priority:
  • Low Sides
  • Lean up
  • No loss of gainz
  • Additional gains

Safety first. I'm a noob, and a chemically conservative one right now because of this. I would love to get down to 10% BF by July, lower if possible. I will diet to accomplish this, but was thinking of trying something to assist. I'm not particuarly worried about gaining muscle right now. Just trying to lean out for summer.

My stats:
41y Male
220 lb, roughly 12-15% BF estimate. Mostly look OK, have upper abs visible with some small love handles underneath. Lower abs not visible unless I flex.
5'11"
Bench 295x6
Squat 375x5
Deadlift 425x5

During my first cycle my BW went up roughly 15 pounds, as did all of my lifts. BF may have gone up just a tad, but it could also be mostly water retention. My test is > 1500, E2 is 35 from a test I had 2 weeks ago. I would like to use Test-E as a base since my order from Robo just came in (YAY!!!!).

I am thinking lowish dose of Winnstrol based on other threads here that I have lurked on, and *maaaaaaaybe* Mast-E. I'd like to keep my doses down to 2/wk if injectible.

Enough jibber jabber by me. What does the Evo oracle think?
 
I would add Turinabol for more lean gains.
I think test only it's not enough since you've used some hormones.

And of course HCG.

Can you please write your PCT?
 
Clomid – 50/50/25/25/12.5

Nolvadex – 40/20/20/20/10

Aromasin – week 1-4: 7.5mgs 2/wk since my E is already decent

N2Guard – 7 caps/day
 
Ok, what I'm thinking you should do:

* HCG during the cycle from week 1-12 500IU divided to 250IU twice a week.
* Turinabol 60mg ED for 6 weeks.
* PCT 2 weeks after the last shot of the test, no need 5 weeks. 4 will be fine.
 
In terms of low side effects and additional leaning out I'd recommend adding:

Var - A good choice for lean mass and cutting, not as efficient as winny but gets the job done with minimal side effects and low toxicity levels to the liver. Start at 50mg a day and up it to 80mg after a few weeks, then taper back down to 50mg a week for the last two weeks as you get near the end of your cycle. 6-8 weeks should be good if this is your first time.

Winny - Start with 40-50mgs and up it to 80-100mgs after a few weeks for 4-8wks. Winny will harden your muscles faster than var but can also be harsher on your body.

I'm currently running a light 6 wk cycle for myself, I've got a few cycles under my belt, to keep me tightened up while healing from a torn pec muscle:

test e - 800mg/wk
winny - 80-100mg/wk

Additionally if you want something easier on the body HGH combined w test e might be a better option (note: pricier and takes a lot longer to kick in), it's a lot easier on your body, some minor side effects include bloating and joint pain but this can be avoided by using a ramp up method. Do your research, become familiar with it and start with low doses to see how your body reacts. As a first round for gaining lean muscle and improving body comp you could do:

wks 1-4 = HGH 2 iu’s/ed one pin
wk 5 = HGH 2.5 iu’s/ed one pin
wk 6 = HGH 3.0 iu’s/ed split into two pins of 1.5 iu’s each
wk 7 = HGH 3.5 iu’s/ed split into two pins of 1.75 iu’s each
And so forth working up to 5-10 iu's/ed recommended cycles are 5-8 months as it takes awhile to really kick in

My advice to you as a noob - keep your cycles short, start with lower doses and see how your body responds before increases. Go up in increments, if you notice increased side effects with higher doses then decrease. Do as much research as you can, be aware of side effects etc. and just listen to your body, everyone reacts differently and there is no one stop shop solution.

What is the reason for tapering down the var on last weeks?
 
If your planning on a "cruise" of 125mg a week immediately after finishing your pct, then you might as well forget the pct and stay on. There is no need to take all those seems and AIs if you arent planning on taking a break
 
Thanks all. Looking into HGH as well now. For the immediate future, until I get smarter on it, I think I'll stick with test.
 
Definitely personal preference and different for everyone, but i prefer to do so so that my hormone levels adjust gradually rather than shock them. Looking back at that post I forgot to add I would do the same with Winny as well.

Def not do hgh. Unless your thinking about serious competing. Your only done 1 cycle.

Wtf, people.
To op: I agree, just stick with test and possibly HGH. Will be more than enough for 2nd cycle. I use a 'life extension' dose of HGH, but as long as you keep it below 4-5iu/day and source it from somewhere reputable you're g2g.
