    Body weight, 184

    Training feeling very good to be 8 weeks out. Normally I’m feeling pretty weak at this point.
    I hit 315 on flat barbell bench for seven and then incline dumbbell
    The 130s for nine

    We do a low carb day on non training day
    50g protein per meal 25g carb per meal

    Med carb on everyday other then leg day
    pre workout 50 protein 50g carb
    Post workout 50 protein 75 carb
    Meal 3 50 protein 35 carb
    Meal 4 same
    Meal same

    High day leg day
    40 protein 125 carb every meal
    Lots rice and coca puffs with fat free Fairlife milk
    9 wk check in feelings flat

    Just a quick pic of my stack right now The domestic supply Clenbuterol is very strong only using one tab in the morning right now and my hands are a little shaky all day. I’m gonna be bumping it up to two tabs soon.
