Yes senders fault but in the end the seller is responsible for taking care of the mistakes that the brands they choose to sponsor and promote make on their platform.
It's not that the shipping is slow it's they never put postage on my package so as you can see in the tracking image after all this time the post office wont deliver the package. So if reshipped this is the 3rd time for the same order.
