After 30 days no updates and was reshipped now at 70 days of waiting tacking says seller messed up postage and package will not be delivered and to contact seller for refund, naps email support has been no help at all so posting here to try and get this resolved. Naps has been reliable in the past but this is just unprofessional.

@Trensetter420 I've notified the napsgear rep @jasonhill800 about this.
But can you tell us more about the story so we are clear of the issue.
 
Placed order after 30 days of no update on tracking I was notified package was reshipped another 30 days passed and it got to USA another 11 days (day 71) tracking updated that the seller did not put postage on the package and that it would not be delivered.

keep in mind napsgear doesn't actually ship it man. which brand did you order? some warehouses/brands are having issues due to the tariffs. its the same thing in every industry and something we need to be patient with for the next few years
 
Right but naps handles the disputes when your package doesn't get delivered I don't contact dragon pharma lol
napsgear is like the middle man. but the guys are saying you are getting mad at napsgear over one of their sellers. it would be like getting mad at ebay cause some guy on there didn't send your package on time. in this case dragon has been a great brand for a long time plus their prices and what they carry is very crucial for all of us. so it would be our loss to lose them
 
I'm not mad I just want refund credits so I can actually get what I need. Ordered over 70 days ago for summer supplies and now still waisting time.

bro 70 days long time. it cause the tariffs. my beef got issues too being exported now same way. it an issue with import/export. so can't blame napsgear

i don't blame you for being upset here. but give jasonhill a chance to fix this man. we are all dealing with delays right now. @Trensetter420

napsgear is legit. they aren't going to rip you off over 1 package. this is just a bad situation where the shipping is slow. reach out to jasonhill
 
It's not that the shipping is slow it's they never put postage on my package so as you can see in the tracking image after all this time the post office wont deliver the package. So if reshipped this is the 3rd time for the same order.
 
Yes senders fault but in the end the seller is responsible for taking care of the mistakes that the brands they choose to sponsor and promote make on their platform.
I'm glad we agree. A couple of posts of yours seemed to blame Naps (seller) MORE than the sender

We are now at 75 days with no reply from upper management which was submitted to them 3 days ago, no refund, no compensation and obviously no package. I'm not mad I just want my refund so I can get what I need I get you should order ahead of time but having to order half a year in advance is a bit insane. Even if reshipped and everything goes smooth I'm looking at over 100 days from order date to get my package lol

Today I finally got a refund in credits, I'm happy I got a refund but waiting 80 some days to have to reorder really is disappointing. Going to see if ording domestic avoids all these shipping headaches. Thank you Jason for helping.
