Hey guys,
I've ordered from Napsgear before and everything arrived perfectly. My latest order ($476) is now stuck with this USPS status:
"Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered"
Full message: “The package associated with this tracking number did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund or other available recourse.”
Reached out via NapsHelp right away and was told give it a few days for the status to update. No status update and when I followed up I was told to sit and wait 5 weeks from delivery date and ignored the USPS Status all together:
"If no delivery occurs after 5 weeks of transit, please notify us and we will review your case with high priority."
Any Napsgear reps here — can you please help get this sorted? Happy to provide order details and screenshots via PM.
Has anyone else had this exact issue lately?
