Napsgear scammed me.

First, let me say that I have been a loyal customer of Napsgear since 2021. I have made about 15 orders during that time, equating to just over $10,000 US dollars. I've never had an issue with their service before. But this has all changed. Also, I'm sure that the parent company Napsgear is likely not responsible directly for this scam. But, whomever they employ to make deliveries is the culpit. Yes, I have taken the issue up with customer service but I'm told there is nothing they can do.

On March 1 I placed an order for some Primo from Pharmaqo, being delievered in the US. Order paid and marked shipped March 10. According to the Napsgear email they say to wait 4wks before making a dispute about delivery. So I waited. On April 12 I sent in dispute to customer service that my shipment was not delivered. I didn't realize there was tracking information until this time. According to USPS tracking, it was delivered on March 19th at 10:14AM to my address. Napsgear tells me I should go to the post office to get a claim of "non delivery".

Okay, here is the scam. Whomever is in charge of packaging, generates a tracking number that is associated with address A. BUT, they label the actual package, they label it to be delivered to address B. So then the package gets delivered to the "wrong" address, but it shows that it was delivered in USPS tracking system to the "correct address". So because the package was delivered, they cannot generate a "non delivery" letter because it was actually delivered...but to the wrong address.

So, this is a bold claim. How do I know this? The people at my post office pulled up the GPS data from the scanner that was used to mark the package as delivered at 10:14AM on March 19th. It was NOT at my address. They can show thru package tracking that the package was never delivered to MY address and they have GPS data to prove it. Because of Privacy of Information, they are not allowed to show me where the package was delivered. Furthermore, because the package was actually delivered to the address on the package, they cannot generate a "non delivery" letter. They can only verbally confirm that the package on the label and the package tracking address are different. So USPS cannot help, Napsgear refuses to look into this any further and I'm out the money I spent. Maybe someone from Napsgear would be willing to call and talk verbally to my post man?

I'm sure there will be many members who will come to the defense of Napsgear. Honestly, before this, I would have too. Again, $10,000 dollars I've spent with them to date and no issue until now. Maybe it’s just whomever is distributing or Pharmaqo in the US? I've never had issues with prior overseas or domestic orders from other brands like Dragon or Geneza. But, I know that I'm out that money without recourse.

Maybe, just maybe, someone from Napsgear will take ownership of this and investigate. If it happened to me, then I'm sure that it has or will happen to others. Napsgear has a problem. Until it is made right, I will go elsewhere, and I would encourage you to think twice before you place your order. How much money are you willing to lose?

@Echos sorry to hear about this, and I'm sure there is an answer. The answer is likely the napsgear shipper for this lab is lying or putting the wrong information, that's happened to other suppliers as well. Napsgear themselves don't actually carry any gear, they sell from warehouses, those warehouses can have obviously unscrupulous people shipping and scamming the buyers.
The warehouses are usually to blame, and I'm sure you can get this resolved in time.
@jasonhill800 is their rep, I just @ him here.

It could be as simple as the postman fucked up and delivered to the wrong address.

I once ordered a t shirt and it was marked delivered and nothing was in my box. I flagged down my postman ans asked about it and he checked his truck and it was wedged in between the seats lol. It happens all the time.
Have had packs delivered to the other side of the neighborhood and all kinds of stuff

So this isn’t napsgear scamming you. They got zero reason to do that man

As others have said this doesn't necessarily fall on napsgear. They have a solid reputation with customer service. Sometimes shit happens with delivery

I stopped about the time I was going thru a divorce. Still going to the gym but I have had little time, particularly emotionally, to make logs and stuff. I’m just now getting to the point that I’m ready to forgive and move forward.

As I mentioned: Also, I'm sure that the parent company Napsgear is likely not responsible directly for this scam. But, whomever they employ to make deliveries is the culpit.

But, with that said, Napsgear is responsible for whom they employ to make these shipments. I have no idea who the shipper actually is so there is no line of recourse there for me. Napsgear, at least so far, has not been helpful. I’ll try to contact the rep you listed and see if they might be able to help. Thank you for your reply.

I don't get the scam to be honest. how does anyone make money sending packages purposefully to the wrong place?

napsgear didn't scam you here. sounds like a post office screw up to me

sorry this happened to you.

honestly seems like just bad luck

i'm sure if napsgear can fix this they will.
they aren't about screwing people

@Echos sorry about the divorce, but you know the situation emotionally needs support right? and nowhere else will you get the support like the EVO family :D love and support. Thats why you should restart at least your training log.

I tagged the napsgear rep for this, he will follow up hopefully soon. @jasonhill800 you can DM him too.

Emotional support on here? LOL. “Bro…F*&^ that B*^$#, what you need is more Tren!” LOL. Okay, in all seriousness, I should get back on here to some extent. I’m starting a cut for a cruise I’m taking in late July.

I did reach out to Jason on a DM yesterday. Hopefully I’ll hear back from him soon. I do hope that Napsgear will at the very least look into this more closely. If it happened to me I’m sure it’s happened to others. The other thing is I need a few more things for this cut and I was waiting to get this order before I made another one. As I’ve said, I’ve never had an issue with them before. (One time an order was made and it was cancelled but its because the supplier didn’t have the HGH in stock that I ordered. They refunded my money and all was good). I”m comfortable with Napsgear and their ordering process. I just hope they can make this right some how.
Thanks for your help!

Hi brother, very sorry for the issue. I've received your pm and will look into this issue on priority.

That's not their business model. They sell 'the brand'. That company ships the item using, as per many companies, a bunch of carriers such as the USPS. Think of it as multi-brand drop shipping. There's a bunch that do this. Naps happens to, via hard work and years working on it, to be the biggest and most well known. It's a similar model many supps companies have - very few produce product in-house. Somne use Amazon or DHL logistics to do the work rather than hold loads of stock etc

Having owned a supps company I'll ask why customers seem to hold the company responsible for mistakes made by couriers like DHL. By way of example I ordered Beet juice via eBay. It was handled by Amazon distribution. The driver left the box on my door step. I don't blame eBay or Amazon Logistics I blame the delivery driver. And even then is he directly employed or contract?

Jason will get you taken care of man. I really am sorry to hear about the divorce.

So I hear what you’re saying but I don’t even know who the shipping company is. I had no say in who I prefer….and Naps isn’t telling me who it is. So where do you go from there? Naps is my only contact. That and the name of some guy in Lebanon who I made the payment to and I doubt he knows anything. I’m not saying Naps is directly responsible…..but they can chose whom they allow to be shippers for them. Or give me their information and I can go have a chat with them myself. LOL.
I get it, but as the consumer, where do I go? I’m just out unless Naps is willing to investigate this.
I feel confident now that Jason can take care of this….so I’m gonna sit tight and wait. I’ve always recommended Naps without hesitation before. If we can get this right then I’ll resume my fanboy-hood. LOL.

Depends on international vs domestic shipping ive ordered international from a different source on here and it changed carriers 3 times, depending on where the package was country wise or if it changed carriers, 4 weeks later arrived at my door step, they gave me a website to track the package, each time i ordered the carriers and countries changed, it can go through alot of different hands in the process, when i ordered domestic it was just usps 2-5 days later arrived at my door one single carrier faster tracking updates etc.

i want to say this bro, EVO family truly is here for you and we'll support you all the way
would be awesome to see at least a training log? can you throw a bit up?

But... that's exactly what you did. Look at the thread title 'napsgear scammed me'.

No good to you but locally we get the same courier drivers and people can chase them via asking on Facebook. I had one item left 100's of yards away in another street.

Jason will get this sorted

Brother @Echos, For your issue we have approved the reship , team is waiting for address confirmation from you.

Please provide your address to them.

Thanks
Jason
great service! napsgear always takes care of their customers!

In future it'd be better NOT to say anyone been scammed until it's been investigated
When I went the normal channels thru Napsgear they refused to investigate it. All that was discussed above. At the end of the day, the seller is responsible for safe delivery of purchased items. Their supply chain is solely their responsibility. It’s not the consumer. I supplied evidence for it to be escalated and reviewed. I even had a city Post Master willing to make a statement to them regarding the “non” delivery of items to my address and supply evidence. They didn’t call them, just told me there was nothing they could do. Again, as I’ve said above, I had no recourse. No name of shipping supplier or location. Again, I will say that it is the direct responsibility of the seller to insure package delivery. The buck stops with Napsgear.
It was only thru Jason pulling some strings that it was reviewed. I don’t even know the results of their review. So, I will again say thank you to Jason for his help and thank you to Napsgear for doing the right thing here.
On the rest we just might have to agree to disagreee.

@Echos
i think this is a situation where you were just originally talking to the wrong person at napsgear. its like going to the store and talking to the guy putting out the fruit when you needed to talk to the person in the meat section.

always in the future talk to the reps on here. their job is to help.

i think mobster was just saying throwing out things like 'scammed' is going too far. napsgear isn't going to scam a customer on an order, that is a drop in the bucket for them. it would be like walmart charging you an extra $5 on your order, i mean the company makes a trillion a year so they have no reason to do that.

napsgear will do their best to keep prices as low as possible while also providing excellent products. so you never have to worry when you order from them. they will make it right!

Which is fine. We've all had issues with deliveries. I get pissed off when I can see online tracking via a courier and they come within a street or two then bugger off. Usually it'll be DAYS before it comes back. One company is esp useless telling me it's at a depot miles away.

But equally NONE of that is down to the sender. How is what you called the supply chain their responsibility? How can either of us allow a company to carry the can for a lazy post person for example? It can mean an item comes half away across the world only to get a local posty not leave it with a neighbor. That's not the senders fault by any stretch.

I've briefly worked at Amazon a few years ago and some of the staff were as thick as a tree when it came to thinking.

That the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction is proof they haven't scammed you. You can, in a minute or two, see the odd similar post to this one where a highly regarded and approved source is accused of X or Y only for the author of the thread to end up happy with the outcome. Which somewhat negates a title like 'NapsGear scammed me'. Arguably and only if I was being pedantic from your view would be what you say above - 'the carrier and sender didn't do their job and I had to come here to get it sorted'.

On a change of approach I've been an online seller. I had a bunch of customers asking 'why don't you do free P&P?'. I'd explain NO ONE does. It's either included or added on. No carrier does it for free so it's not free. Others wouldn't ask a neighbor if they'd taken a package in but contact me first. On occasion I'd google streetview the post code and direct them to an address. I never understood why the customer who FKIN lives there needed me to suggest the obvious. I live in and own a HUGE building. Yet carriers have tried to deliver items to a nearby church. 50/50 chance of getting it right except it's kinda obvious it is what it is cos it has 'chapel carved in stone above the chained up door. Ergo NOT the senders fault.

And we all kinda knew Naps would come through. Why would what might well be the BIGGEST reseller in the industry scam one customer?

Absolutely. Why ruin a reputation that's taken years and 10's of thousands of sales to build up then ruin that?

If they had only just started it'd almost make sense. But they've been around a LONG time. With ZERO issues

I agree with you @Echos if you didnt get a response from napsgear, you did the smart thing approaching them on the forums. I have you back here.

Hows your log game? can you start a new log here?

Thank you Jason for help out here and being my advocate to Napsgear. Thank you Napsgear for taking a second look at this case and for agreeing to reship my order. Thank you for making this right. I appreciate everyone’s input here. I have previously always recommended Napsgear, and now will continue to do so.

Thanks brother for putting it here. always reach out to me anytime if you need any help regarding the napsgear.

Glad this worked out. Sorry if I missed it but @Echos let us know you got your package and the quality is solid. It's just nice to hear it all came to a close and you are getting legitimate product. I think the reviews where something goes wrong and the vendor makes it right hold more value than 100% positive reviews. I have yet to see a company in any industry that hasn't pissed SOMEONE off. It's all about how they handle it and rebound that builds trust. Especially in the U.G. world.

In retail it's an unwritten rule that positive feedback influences less than negative feedback. Making it right, as you say, ought to be important too

Hey guys. I wanted to give a final update. I finally got the order from Napsgear. I was really happy that they decided to reship my order, but I was completely shocked that they went above and beyond. Instead of shipping 3 bottles, they shipped me 7! They made me whole with reshipping my order but more than made up for any issue with some incredible generosity! So thank you Napsgear….Thank you Jason for facilitating all this.

I’ll also say, after I got a PM from Jason that they were going to make this right, I placed another order for some other things I was needing for my next cycle as well as some things I wanted to try out. So I had placed a new order for about $650 before I even got this shipment because I was confident this was going to get taken care of.

So I apologize if I ruffled some feathers on here. I really do believe there was some foul play going on somewhere in the distribution chain. But….at the end of the day, Napsgear not only made me whole but really went above and beyond.

@Echos i don't think you ruffled feathers. you had an experience and you talked about it. then you came back and explained the entire situation. that is exactly what a professional does.

@Echos
napsgear is amazing with customer service. that is why we love them

I'm glad you updated us and came back.

Good to hear

Naps been scamming lately. UG freak is much better man. Their customer service actually gets back to you. Naps has gone way down hill. I think they don’t have the supply and they are acting like they do. Scammers.

Based on what?
I’ve just posted a new thread on it. My last order never showed. They took all my store credit and money. Told me I’d get a refund once I finally got ahold of customer service, and still hasn’t done so.

So since I never had a problem before I went ahead and paid premium prices for US domestic. That’s been weeks now and still nothing delivered to post office even. Trying to get ahold of a rep is ridiculous so I’m still trying to figure this one out but still no answers.

Naps has gone straight down hill. I think they want to act like they have product, when they actually don’t, and it’s rearing its head. If you don’t have the gear, don’t take my money.

I ordered from UG freak a few days ago. Customer service is on point with these guys. Hopefully the order comes fast like it’s supposed to.

Napsgear is not scamming, they have so many labs they deal with, some have shipping issues and it gets translated to napsgear. Naps isn't actually carrying the brands.
You order from naps? @RedBallZac

I don't think napsgear is doing it on purpose, just a large company happens. But ugfreak is of course better, they much smaller to deal with.

Definitely some unusual negative experiences taking place recently with Naps. I have been disappointed several times in the past six weeks. I have finally reached out to Jason and Richard. They are good guys and will hopefully make it right.

It's not unusual actually happens regular with large sources, logistics can be an issue. @Idefineme

Hi mate,

Kindly send me a private message with your order details and support ticket number. A source with around 25 years of experience in the industry would not scam over just 1-2 orders.

I understand you might be facing a delay with your order, which sometimes happens due to factors beyond our control.

No this just happened me to. The scam is they put wrong address and probably send a package with some $5.00 earing or something in it. Then the shipper keeps the gear and the rest of the cash. This just happened to me and NapsGear has blocked me from making a ticket claim. Over $500.00 bucks of testing products for my squirls just taken and I can file complaints.

I can confirm this has happened to me just this month, as a matter of fact what happened was they delivered it to this different address but at the same zip code to get the confirmation except what was done was the other address that received my mail decided to return to usps so now it says returned to sender. I’d like to see them explain this. They have offered no help. What’s crazy is that I’ve been ordering from them for almost 8 plus years. Still waiting for someone on here to reach out to resolve this since I’ve tried reaching out on here as well for help with no response. Good luck bro.
