I placed an order with NapsGear for Beligas products on April 25th, and everything seemed normal at first. But the last tracking update I got was on May 9th, and it hasn’t changed since. The update reads:
“Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 8:14 AM on May 9, 2025 in JAMAICA, NY 11434. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package.”
It’s now May 27th, and there have been no further scans, updates, or signs that USPS ever took possession of the package. It’s been nearly three weeks stuck at that status.
Has anyone else had similar issues with NapsGear orders, especially when it comes to USPS handling or shipping partners? If so:
