Has anyone else experienced major USPS delays or tracking issues with a NapsGear (Beligas) order?

I placed an order with NapsGear for Beligas products on April 25th, and everything seemed normal at first. But the last tracking update I got was on May 9th, and it hasn’t changed since. The update reads:

“Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 8:14 AM on May 9, 2025 in JAMAICA, NY 11434. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package.”

It’s now May 27th, and there have been no further scans, updates, or signs that USPS ever took possession of the package. It’s been nearly three weeks stuck at that status.

Has anyone else had similar issues with NapsGear orders, especially when it comes to USPS handling or shipping partners? If so:
  • How long did it take before you got your package?
  • Did the tracking ever update again, or did it just show up unexpectedly?
  • Did you have to reach out to NapsGear support, or was USPS able to help?
I’m trying to figure out if this is a common delay, a lost package, or if I should be taking further steps to get answers. Any insight from others who’ve ordered Beligas through NapsGear would be appreciated.

@Cobiefrench yes I've seen shipping issues with Napsgear and many other suppliers all over due to the tariffs the inventory and shipping issues arose for many suppliers now. Best bet is to talk to napsgear about this. I tagged the Napsgear rep here @jasonhill800

@Cobiefrench I haven't had any issues man. there are always isolated incidents with shipping. was this international? sounds like it. then this simply means its in customs and it can take time to get spit out.

my guess this stuck in customs. can take time to be released out just be patient

@Cobiefrench napsgear is legit. a guy just posted that he was worried too about his package and they got back to him. if its international you gotta wait for customs to do their thing

@Cobiefrench we just had a guy in a similar situation get an answer today. so check your messages again. they are on top of things
