To be honest I totally understand your part under limited communication but I eventually got my order! I feel like this is more of a Purolator issue rather than a supplier issue, so you might just have to bear with them a little longer. Through out the two major forums that Nordic Fusion govern on EV, every complaint has been rectified by them and the customer has walked away happy and with what they've ordered.
 
Theres does seem to be recent issue with shipping and NFrep/s, however the Canada Post strike was a total f-up for everyone, so there's that in defense of them. As it was just the holidays allot of crap messes up or did.

A source should be keeping in close contact with there customers but unfortunately some get so many orders etc that they forget the little guys so to speak.

NF also has a really good track record and quality gear which can be seen on reviews across the Dr.Google! Including this fourm.

Remember also it's a trusted source. Hopefully things get sorted

Like I said I’ve dealt with these guys in the past and never had an issue but I provided a new address and they still didn’t ship so you can blame the strike if you want but why charge.55$ shipping cause you’re using Purolator and then not ship it to one of the three addresses provided and why wait for me to contact you to several days later to tell me it hasn’t been shipped to the original address because they made the assumption that I forgot to add an apartment number when there is none. Why couldn’t that question be asked the same time he reviewed the order and accepted the emt

Hopefully you can get some answers to your questions soon.

55.00 is allot for delivery unless of course and big shipment and rule area

There’s an earlier email I can’t find but essentially what happened was three days after accepting the EMT I contacted him to see if it had been shipped yet and he answered me much later that evening saying that the the mail guys working for him didn’t ship the package they thought there should have been an apartment number and were afraid if they had shipped it Purolator would not have delivered it. So I got angry and responded why did you wait three days to ask me this why not ask me immediately when you receive the order and besides there was no apartment number or I would’ve mentioned it. So we lost 3 days there, and he only got back to me because I messaged him first , then he told me Purolator didn’t ship to my address and to provide a new address , not only did I provide a new address, I provided 2 and he completely ignored those emails and the one where I said if it hadn’t been shipped to the new addresses provided just send me a refund. Finally over a week later I get an email saying it’s been shipped, at this point I’m no longer in the province and when I get back, the packages is MIA and so I asked for the tracking number for proof that it’s actually been delivered or shipped and once again, no response
@evanbustamante69 I can openly say @Nordic Fusion has been legit for years, did he have issues like everyone else during Canada postal strike ? Yes but that’s not uncommon.

He’s on EVO, big time open discussion.

What’s your cycle plan with him? Let the EVO family know please

Brother, I've offered you a full refund every single time i've replied. Again, we have a full refund waiting for you. I've always taken care of your orders and had everything out the next day for a year now. I re-send things and take the cost out of my personal funds when I make a mistake. Everyone on the forums know this. I want to help but you've sent us 35 emails (literally).

I can't control that Purolator didn't accept your address. They denied it man. This happened to us more than once over the strike. I reached out asking you if had an apartment number, wondering if that was the cause. Several days was two days.

The only thing you've done is send us a bunch of angry, aggressive emails over something out of our control, and the only thing we've done is
A) Try to help you, and
B) offer you your money back.

I asked for a second address i can send it to, i asked if we can send it through CP, i offered to refund you. The only thing we got in return is a bunch of aggressive emails.

Please reach out to me regarding your full refund, and please move on with another source moving forward.

We don't have issues with shipping or reps my friend. We've never had an order not arrive in the decade we've been in business. We're the only lab in Canada that re-ships CP errors on the house for free. If you look back, every single person comes back on the forum one day later and says "nevermind, it's here".

People are creating evo accounts and posting about shipping not even three business days after they place an order, and then logging off forever because it's there the next day. In an instance there was a real issue, it's re-sent for free. Which can be seen publicly in the reviews as well.

He offered and I accepted… almost a month ago , I got angry because he didn’t ship because he said he wasn’t sure my address had an apartment number.. he asked me this 3 days later only after I wrote to him asking for a tracking number, he asked me to provide another address so I did I provided 2 actually and asked him to let me know when it was shipped. He never got bsck to me and when he did his response was he told me to provide a new address and that’s when he offered a refund so I responded by telling him I already did and that I preferred getting the product then the refund but if he wasn’t able to have it shipped asap that I would take the refund instead and he only responded to that over a week later saying it was shipped by cp which at that point I was no longer in the province

If your seeking a refund only now then @Nordic Fusion did say he would issue it and to contact him, however in your defense he doesn't reply to your email (apprently)
I assume Nordic doesn't work weekends for the most part.

Likely you get a reply this week, but it shouldn't have been as long as this.
Canadian Postal Strike was over before Christmas..

Just seems like allot of back, fourth emails on both sides and nothing resolved.
