As I understand they are both continuing from the same manufacturer, but have slightly different prices on a couple products and titan only accepts cash in mail, sponge also takes bitcoin. My other comment here mentioning the email address was hidden which I guess should answer your question, no... I think sponge is only a member of a different discussion board (thinksteroids).

We have a three business day hold for tracking numbers just because we push all this information through Protonmail so it is encrypted for security, as we have clients mailing addresses, etc. It is a bit slower, but definitely safer. Which is the name of the game! Lol. Some of the orders honestly just make it to the client before we finish the tracking number exchange is all.NF doesn’t send a tracking number so that might be screwing up clients’ thinking there’s no activity, in some cases.

I know, it sometimes feels brutal. We just don't want to jeopardize automating it of any sort because it is blatant proof that the items in the parcel were delivered to X client, at X address, ya know? It's a bit slower and sometimes there are more human errors on our end, but it keeps all sensitive information clients trust us with encrypted.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Everything still made it and in under a weeks time during the middle of Christmas season. I totally understand though as a first time client with us though man. There’s an earlier email I can’t find but essentially what happened was three days after accepting the EMT I contacted him to see if it had been shipped yet and he answered me much later that evening saying that the the mail guys working for him didn’t ship the package they thought there should have been an apartment number and were afraid if they had shipped it Purolator would not have delivered it. So I got angry and responded why did you wait three days to ask me this why not ask me immediately when you receive the order and besides there was no apartment number or I would’ve mentioned it. So we lost 3 days there, and he only got back to me because I messaged him first , then he told me Purolator didn’t ship to my address and to provide a new address , not only did I provide a new address, I provided 2 and he completely ignored those emails and the one where I said if it hadn’t been shipped to the new addresses provided just send me a refund. Finally over a week later I get an email saying it’s been shipped, at this point I’m no longer in the province and when I get back, the packages is MIA and so I asked for the tracking number for proof that it’s actually been delivered or shipped and once again, no responseThat is why you order extra gear incase stuff like this happens! plan for the worst also buddy. Purolator is usually good, they’re not as bad as UPS lol
And have a little patience bro, always have long esters on hand. This happened to me with another lab with CP holding package til the strike was over. So I dug into my “back-up” stash of gear
Although I will agree with you on the tracking number part of your complaint - NF was never consistent with giving those out. It is crucial to get a tracking number during the cold season.

Share please with the EVO familyTo be honest I totally understand your part under limited communication but I eventually got my order! I feel like this is more of a Purolator issue rather than a supplier issue, so you might just have to bear with them a little longer. Through out the two major forums that Nordic Fusion govern on EV, every complaint has been rectified by them and the customer has walked away happy and with what they've ordered.

We don't have issues with shipping or reps my friend. We've never had an order not arrive in the decade we've been in business. We're the only lab in Canada that re-ships CP errors on the house for free. If you look back, every single person comes back on the forum one day later and says "nevermind, it's here".Theres does seem to be recent issue with shipping and NFrep/s, however the Canada Post strike was a total f-up for everyone, so there's that in defense of them. As it was just the holidays allot of crap messes up or did.
A source should be keeping in close contact with there customers but unfortunately some get so many orders etc that they forget the little guys so to speak.
NF also has a really good track record and quality gear which can be seen on reviews across the Dr.Google! Including this fourm.
Remember also it's a trusted source. Hopefully things get sorted

B) offer you your money back.
