Stay away from high fat and high carb at night. Try an ice cold cookies and cream flavored Phase 8 protein shake. It is healthy, filling, and satisfies my sweet tooth.

I've had anti-biotics c**** my flora for months after discontinuing usage. I jad stomach and intestinal issues for +/- 6 months. No joke. I avoid them unless absolutely necessary (as in, only if I have Staph or MRSA).

Even 1 week after PCT is too soon for bloodwork. You will not be recovered or normalized that fast. I'd wait at least 2-4 weeks after PCT to really get an accurate picture of recovery.
