creatine and my sinuses

Been taking creatine for 2months now, basic creatine monohydrate. When I stopped I had a sinus infection and took time off, getting back into it I have headaches as soon as I take the creatine, so this is creatine or something else?

bro i doubt creatine is causing inflammation...it's likely just your infection is not gone all the way....

Most probably your infection is still there. These infections are some bad asses - it looks like they're gone, but in reality they just sit there waiting for the best moment to hit back. So I would look back into your infection, and perhaps give it some more treatment.

It's a coincidence. The two are completely unrelated.

I would guess that you are still slightly sick and that's what is causing the headaches.

creatine can dehydrate you. which can cause headaches. make sure you get ample water supply on creatine
