Just a basic draggin ass day. Today I feel better a slight shoulder impingment now so now I get to deal with that
I have always had bad posture so its someting that haunts me from time to time. I run a few different exercises for it and Im gonna throw some bpc and tb to it.
No need for a macro bump, strength and training are there just tired today. I'd rather bump macros down and get depleted to get this damn scale to move
I mean neutral by center of platform if that makes sense, so i guess thats natural
I like to manipulate positioning to target different areas of legs.
The narrow positioning really fires up my outer quads and I also like High positioning for hamstrings.

I dont think i'm going to fast the full 36hrs. I forgot I get to have my burger today (all ready bought on friday) on the grill! Going to try some home made fries too. Not going to miss my "mental health" meal for the week🤣
