I dont think i'm going to fast the full 36hrs. I forgot I get to have my burger today (all ready bought on friday) on the grill! Going to try some home made fries too. Not going to miss my "mental health" meal for the week🤣

Even just fasting until lunch is good sometimes, yes it can be hard with hunger but i get a slight boost in energy for the morning

Today is yardwork so ai should get some calories burned

I have people always have feet in their natural angle usually
I mean neutral by center of platform if that makes sense, so i guess thats natural

I like to manipulate positioning to target different areas of legs.

The narrow positioning really fires up my outer quads and I also like High positioning for hamstrings.

Quad focused is done on hack and barbell squats best for me

Just a basic draggin ass day. Today I feel better a slight shoulder impingment now so now I get to deal with that

I have always had bad posture so its someting that haunts me from time to time. I run a few different exercises for it and Im gonna throw some bpc and tb to it.

Log a day late. Slept really good last night adding gh back in at just 1.5iu for now.

Since I stopped the mots-c the other week my occasional dizzy spells after working kneeled at work and standing have faded away. Thats the only thing I can think of. Unless it was my body just recovering fron the tren and mast blast.

Speaking of my last short blast. I have some noticeable acne isolated in 2 spots onmy back mainly just on inner lats on both sides. I have my wife lather me up with some foam wash because i cant reach anymore 🤣 anything else i can try @LevButlerov ?

Im saying I took a break from MOTS and the 5 second dizzy thing standing went away in about 2 weeks.
interesting so you relate it to motsC?
