Well today was a rest day........NOT. rainy cold day, bored and wanted to get out of the house so I did an epic full body workout. Felt really good honestly. Tomorrow off for sure and I'm thinking of doing a 36 hour fast to clear out this gut. Lets see if I can do it. As long as I stay busy and moving its easy.
Just going to stick to test, tirz and proviron for this trt cruise
