Can confirm I’ve just received a reply before the 24 hour mark. He’s very apologetic, going through some life issues and seems very sincere. Supplier missed my package/order and sent it today.

Ordered on the 18th of Feb and havent received. Sent a message on the 28th asking if it’s been sent, he said he would check with shipper and get back to me but hasn’t. Sent a message today asking how it was going, with no response whilst being left on read. Will update when/if I get a reply
