Primo 30mg/week

Masteron 30mg/week

Hgh 3iu/day

Insulin 4iu/day (8iu on refeed day but split before and after training with bigger meal)



Shoulder tendon repair healing protocol

Tb500 500mcg

Bpc157 500mcg

Ghk-cu 1mg

Mix to make one inj IM



Other supplements

SLU-PP 200mcg/day

Inj Carnitine 500/day

Met blue 10mg/ day



OTC supplementation

AM - Carnitine, liver support, mushroom complex, B12, chlorella

PM - magnesium, theanine, spirulina, B6, women’s support, vit D, K2

Training split - tweaked a little from last week. I think we have it as we want. Won’t be changed untill needed. So this may be many months.

Monday - legs quads focus

Tuesday - chest/delts

Wednesday - back/heavy squats Deads

Thursday- rest

Friday - delts / touch up on quads

Saturday- hammies/glutes

Sunday - Back



Calories are sitting at 2450

With two refeed evening meals a week (roughly 1500cals)
Go to is definitely steak chips and salad. Or a lot of sushi lol
