So this is my log in response to a request to post it. Not sure if I’m doing it right but here it is. The pictures are too at a time for each day. It is a 5 day cycle:
Chest&tri
Back&bi
Arms & core
Chest& back
Arms
I work out at 5 AM to 6 AM immediately after I have a protein shake with about 60 mg protein 5 mg creatine.
7:30 I have a fair life protein shake because I’m still semi bloated from workout and I’m on Sermorelin and think it messes with my appetite. Then lunch is usually chicken and veggies and dinner is light but I’m usually not hungry in the pm. But I notice when I eat more the weight falls off quicker.. because I’m up so early I sleep about 6 hrs a night but it’s good sleep..
Again I’m 5”9 currently 241 , started at 259 beginning of January.
Test e 250mg twice a week and sermorelin nightly. But sermorelin in expensive and looking to add Reta and possibly other pounds. Any advice helps. Thank you …

To start we need some Q/A going to understand you better.

how long have you been total on TRT?
do you have blood work?
what brand are you using? pics please

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger, i see what you're doing in screen shots but more details on volume and weights and cardio plese
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?

I’ve been on trt since October perhaps? But didn’t go to the gym consistently until about January.
Smith pres 145lbs 10 reps 3 sets
Incline chest press 30lb db 10 reps 3 sets
Shoulder press 30lb db 10reps 3 sets
Peck deck 150 10 reps 3 sets
Tri push down machine 160 20 -15-10 rep
Tricep push down with rope- 100 10x3
Skull crushers -100 10x3
I posted up there about food,
Post workout 6 am 60mg protshake
7-7:30 fairlife protein drink or eggs
12-12:30 chicken and veggies
Sometimes 3pm protein bar
6pm dinner light carbs.
Don’t follow macros to much mostly because I don’t know how I guess. I don’t eat as much as I should and when I do eat more I lose weight quicker it makes no sense

To start we need bloodwork. You can get a full comprehensive blood panel for being on cycle at 500mg and find the suggestions here: On cycle bloodwork guide. At the very least we need to know your current Test levels and estrogen (e2).

I'm glad you joined the EVO family bro let's take it one step at a time and just follow @LevButlerov starting steps to get this both started and dialed in for yourself (diet/training/bloodwork, etc).

Yeah honestly I think I’m under eating I’m at less than 1800 calories a day from an app I put my indoor in it say I should be at 2100-2600 a day .. I think the am training and protein right after might slow it down

At the least please get the hormone panel found in that link with all the basics like Test, Free Test, e2 (estrogen), prolactin, SHBG, and for you I'd get AST/ALT (yours were bad) and GGT, as well as creatinine with a PCR test since you had HepC. Once HepC is cleared and the viral load is resolved your bad AST/ALT levels aren't necessarily 'because' you've had HepC before.

Thanks a lot for putting this in your log for us. I'll be interested in an update in seeing how your liver is doing and your cholesterol as well.

This is a great outlook, you can't put a price on health and we'll need to get things in check before doing any type of aggressive cycling.

I’m at labcorp now they’re doing the liver,kidney , metabolic and a few more but not the testosterone with this test apparently for some reason so I’ll have to come back

I had a Dr order for a lab but I tried adding the testosterone test to it and she said I can’t I have to order it ahead of time

It was a light chest day I guess but that’s typically my workout period about 45-60 minutes time is tight in the am. And I take a multi vitamin.. also tho when I do a pec flys on the machine my right shoulder clicks lately, no previous injury to the area. Any Avon what could help?

its free myfitnesspal you can use now to track food @Ohsoo_Pumpedd
and I think @floridaman1984 has a good app he uses for training

it would be really helpful to use the app and share screens this way we can actually help you and guide you not guess :D
 
What was the other ai you suggested? Drop the Arimidex then get what?
Aromasin but can you start updating us? this isnt just about ai food training important :D I know hard to do but crucial you start updates if you want results
