Based on your Picture alone - You been chiseling away at that Adonis Inside you, Look amazing boss. I'd be surprised if you're ego was in the weights themselves, I'm on that strong type of side, It's not even the numbers per say, I love FEELING strong, so seeing the numbers go the other way for the first time in 5 years is the part that I'm mentally adjusting too still. Mostly there cause my quality of life is unreal.i don't even pay attention to weight. i rather do proper form

You might be pleased to know that I literally threw the ego out today completely for the first time and was doing like 5kg cable kick backs.
NO WEIGHTS just body weight Bulgarian split squats tonight - Just working on formIt as very humbling too, trying to balance. highlighted MANY issues with stability
tests arent bad and your e2 fairly good I would work down the progesterone but thats hard to do, no real solution for it out there, good T levels though

@ZenithHealth @Buck Pharmaceuticals
Thank you again for the sponsoring boys, ZENITH massive shoutout for throwing in a KLOW for my niggling R) Elbow <3 I'm about a week in and already feeling amazing from that, thousand % appreciate you boss.
I usually get bloods through my GP as I'm a Health Practioner I get to work work with my GP, I did this through IMED so won't have too much history sadly
I DIDN"T FAST FOR THIS.
I been watching my LIPID profile and HBA1C - You'll see on the Lipid profile last year I was excessively high (on cycle too)
Vs NOW on cycle. Great improvements.
HBA1C: Previous to this year and focusing on this health: within the last 4-5 years I have yoyo-d between 5.8 and 6.2.
Currently at 5.3 - I no longer have any low blood sugar episodes - I can't describe to you how much better I feel. I should have done some of this years ago but the old ego had no problems with being a big boy.
If you can't be assed scrolling to my intro: I loved being a big boy, I had no issues whatsoever seeing a big gut in the mirror because I lifted heavy ass weights and haven't been under 100kg since I was 17 (I'm 5"6", 167cm)
I got breathing issues, Born this way: Moderate asthma all year round, Growth in my airway, at Birth was flown to Adelaide to have a lung operations (I'm from Darwin) lungs were smaller than they should have been at birth.
Been on corticosteroids all my life (this has massively contributed to my eating habits) Been a ravenous kid my whole life.
Anyway MASSIVE WIN FOR BUCK AND ZENITH TEAM!!
This health faze and blood work is one of those things that are just proving to myself this new lifestyle choice is good for me. My breathing is Insanely good now, I can run for more than 50m without feeling my pulse smashing my brain trying to get oxygen haha!
THANKS ZENITH AND BUCK!! this fucken combo of a team is unreal. I hope to work with you both for a long time.

Apologies on the delay, Had Monday off my side business took priority so chucked a sickie at work.Fantastically detailed Raw & Honest update brother️Bloods are not any cause for concern.
Have you got any tests handy related to thyroid function handy?
Thanks for this brother!Apologies on the delay, Had Monday off my side business took priority so chucked a sickie at work.
Tuesday - Was the only staff member on ( Running a chronic disease program) so you could imagine I didn't have time to even think.
Please note the dates as this is from my Bloodwork from my work where I get all my free testing done and I use IMED for my own personal checking.
Which Means Unfortunately I don't get to get the freedom of picking and choosing how some tests are done hence only the Free T4 has one reading.
I've posted previous blood work over the last 1.5 years to show how my Health has actually been improving. Most drastic changes are coming from the Reta recently and of course all the efforts and Psycholigical changes that are coming through.
So despite being on Test on a blast with @Buck Pharmaceuticals oils
and Healing up with @ZenithHealth's Reta.
Taking a direct approach to my lifestyle changes.
Shit is all moving in the right direction.
I have Low Ferriton - I often need around every 2 years an iron infusion - has nothing to do with anything other than how I obsorb Iron at this point - For those of you who aren't going to scroll up to my initial intro at the top of this thread.
I had the Gastric Sleeve done years ago (I detail why in the intro)

I’m gonna reply to this one tomorrow my brother because it deserves some time and effort - I 10000% appreciate the write up I’m just mush after work so I’ll leave it tonight a touch down. Thanks for this brother!️
It is very difficult to predict what your Free T3 levels could be based just off Tsh & T4.
Honestly it's well worth it for you to ask your Gp for a Thyroid panel that includes Free T3 (Ft3) the reasons being is that it is almost a guarantee that your T3 will be low for taking any anabolic steroid or Hgh at performance enhancing doses.
A Huge reason & what could be relevant in your context & why this matters is that low T3 can cause problems associated with glucose control, research has found links between hypothyroidism or low T3 states and an increased risk of insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and prediabetes.
Personally I've been taking gear for a very long time, more than 30 years non stop.
My Thyroid is cactuswithout T3 replacement & the difference that T3 makes to my body & bloodwork is extremely significant.
Just from bringing my T3 level up into high normal/performance enhancing range, I can go from eating clean & doing cardio & still being fat to being ripped & having to eat all the calories & junk food insight just to maintain my muscle mass while doing zero cardio also.
I do literally outrain my diet though with super sets, high volume, fast paced, ultra intense weight training.
You see T3 is your metabolism basically so that the food & sugar in your blood is moving in & out of your system so fast that it doesn't get any chance to sit around for any long periods of time which can begin to rot away at your body basically.
Metabolism is one of the main reasons why you can have a skinny person with a fast metabolism who can't put on weight & has to eat all of the food insight & has less incidence of heart disease, diabetes, cancers & metabolic problems that can be associated with a poorer metabolism in overweight individuals.
The key word here is to bring T3 up into high normal/performance enhancing range & not into supernovainternal combustion nuclear level
which can damage the heart.

Good morning brother. Again Super appreciative of your insight, I want you to know the amount of time spent articulating everything for me specifically on this and passing on some lessons - I'll be taking this with me over the next weeks and doing more reading up.Thanks for this brother!️

Very interesting brother!Good morning brother. Again Super appreciative of your insight, I want you to know the amount of time spent articulating everything for me specifically on this and passing on some lessons - I'll be taking this with me over the next weeks and doing more reading up.
As stated in my Intro - Breathing for me fucking sucked as child.
I've been on Corticosteroids my whole life - which affects metabolic rate/insulin sensitivity, glucose control when taking in long term - I been on puffers my whole entire life. I've only started taking GH as of this week 2IU a night before bed. Already feel better, probably cause I'm deep sleeping now.
My next set of bloods I'll do - after introducing Tren at the end of this cycle for 2 weeks as well. I'll be definitely chucking in more thyroid testing. Thanks @Koba
In the next coming months as during some very hard time to find to learn more after I do I'm sure, You'll probably see a message from me coming your way with some questions. Absolute rig on you too. Again I appreciate you brother!Very interesting brother!
HGH can potentially make the insulin sensitivity problem worse.
Igf1lr3 is a different animal it can help with your problem.
Metformin should also be able to help.
I will leave,
IGF-1 LR3
T3
Metformin with you to decide whether or not they can help in your case.
Wishing you an Awesome day brother!
My Dm is always open too![]()
