Reading online that BCAAs do have calories but they don't have to report the calorie count in the tabs. Why is that? it has calories right? its protein?

bro if i remember right...free form aminos dont have to report calorie count per FDA...

Branch chained amino acids (BCAA) have calories. BCAA are free form amino acids. Protein molecules are long polypeptide chains of amino acids strung together. They are essentially the same thing.

Both have 4 calories per gram.

By law, free form amino acids do not need to be recorded as calories on nutrition data labels so many company's don't post the caloric content they contain. They do however contain calories.

No they dont. Calories are minimal on these though.

As already mentioned several times above, BCAA's do have calories, but they are minimal, so much that they are not even worth mentioning.

Sorry guys they are not trace at all bro every gram of aminos is. 4 calories it incomplete protien and counts as such loophole in the law so marketing takes advantage
