so I thought I had solved the issue when it comes to my ALT numbers but I was wrong I ran another cycle and afterwards I checked and again my numbers were high they had gone back up I had got them back down into the 30s previously but now they’re back up into the 80s I’m not taking any support...

My doctor had me do bloodwork and came back high AST and high ALT. They are 5-10 points over. I do drink alcohol a few times a week in moderation. But he said that my number needs to be in line. He suggested some liver medication and to get supplements. Which one is best for me?
