my ALT is elevated again

so I thought I had solved the issue when it comes to my ALT numbers but I was wrong
I ran another cycle and afterwards I checked and again my numbers were high they had gone back up I had got them back down into the 30s previously but now they’re back up into the 80s
I’m not taking any support supplements should I start taking them is that the issue?

ALT up is usually related to liver issues, get n2guard in there asap 7caps ed and start water intake with electrolytes
