I took three or four days off from weight training, went and got my blood work done. My AST and my LT are elevated. This means my liver values are no good. What's a good supplement that you can recommend for me that can help get my liver values back to where they should be?
I'm 48 years old and I'm concerned that I may need a liver transplant if we don't get these numbers back down. They are at least two or three times above normal and it's all started after I started using steroids for the first time.

You need to cut your orals and start on an organ support. Check n2guard or another tudca formula asap

Definitely N2Guard is what I recommend. You can buy it from Need to Build Muscle or eBay.

n2guard is a great option. why? Because it has six or seven excellent liver ingredients in the formula.
