    bpc 250mcg a day is g2g for wrist?

    I’ve got some wrist problems and I’m curious what you would recommend for me. A buddy of mine said that BPC helped him with his knee. I’m not sure if I will get the same results if I were to use it on my wrist. Do you think 250 mcg is worth a shot per day or should I try something else?

    I have a question on how I’m supposed to dose bpc157. I have three different injuries. Shoulder knee neck Do I inject each 500 mcg or do I need to split up the dosage and do a third of that per injury? How does it exactly work?

    Found out my meniscus is tearing

    Went to the doctors and got an xray. She says my meniscus is tearing. Should I start taking joint support supplements? I already bought a knee brace to wear for squats. Anything else I can do guys? Different shoes? Less weight? Less running?
