Any Sleep Supplements????

As a Muslim, I have Ramadan once a year for 30 days straight and this year it took place from June 15-July 15. I can only eat at night during this time so most of my training took place at 1-2am and i would sleep only at 5am for all 30 days. This bangs up my sleep schedule every year but this year it feels like i took a hard hit. I need a strong sleep supplement as i still have trouble falling asleep even before 1AM. I know i will get recommended N2Sleep but will melotanin use make it hard to sleep after i stop taking it? And what about GABA? I dont remember where i read it but i heard GABA wasnt good for young people (im 20).

Your right, we'll reccomend N2sleep.. It would work great for this. I do not believe it will make it hard after you stop taking it to fall asleep. I've switched many times.

I use a 5mg melatonin , 3 valerian root, and a benadryl. And if I really want to pass out ill add some Prami in there

I highly recommend against trazodone ever this is a med that should be prescribed by a doc. N2Sleep looks very solid with a lot of the same supplements you already use as go to's for sleep. I'm very sensitive to any sleep meds or supps so something as easy as melatonin is more than enough for me.

Yeah Bro, I agree with Stretch- stay away from Trazodone. It can cause priapism which is an erection that will not go away. If it goes too long then it can require surgery and failure to get the surgery can cause impotence for life.
