I actually don't have it anymore. I shipped over 2 months ago and finally gave up and deleted the thread of texts in my phone. But I don't care if someone has it, blast his ass.

oh! ok. I am cutting right now. Ive lost 17 lbs so far. I am trying my best to maintain the muscle and strength that I do have and possibly gain a little muscle. But that is hard to do while restricting calories. so I thought anavar might help my metabolism, help me lean out more without losing my mass and strength.

I'm pretty sure hammers email is all over this thread. I will try and help you with your goals for "cutting" as well, it sounds like you are trying to lose weight because if you lost 17 pounds and still trying to lose that sounds to me like you have a lot of bf to lose and you need to do that before you get on aas. You can't have a lot of bf and jump on a cycle and expect to get cut and shredded it just don't work that way also I'll say 90% of people are way off when they guess their bf% I have seen guys say they are 10% bf and post a picture and they are more like 25% so if you want more help start a thread post stats and pictures and your goals about the only way we can help

Ok, here is the side by side of the before (199) and the after (1352)..... .5ml E5D Test Cyp 250. Bloods were drawn the morning before my next pin. Like a said before, not doing this to get huge or swole. Just to feel better and not tired all the time. Take it for what its worth. Black and white don't lie!!

It depends on your goals as far as var goes, is var a good start for a girl "didn't know you were a girl by the way so sorry if I came off wrong cause I thought you was a guy" but yes var is a good start for a girl. I think if you get some good var and train/diet you would get the goals you are looking for. You have a good shape and var would only help you

I do come off as one sometimes cause it's hard to read words the way someone else means them especially when you have never met the person. If you want to start a thread for future info it will help out a lot but really if you read and search usually someone has already asked the question and you can just get the info from there but we are always here to help
