Hi
guys, this is myself in the photo after six months of training and dieting six days per week. Three months on 150mg TRT followed by three months of 300mg testosterone and 300mg of Masteron. I lost 26kg as a bodybuilder taught me how to eat correctly and I have learned the training etc over 13 years of training and trial and error.
I have just had a break from the gym and are returning to come back more lean and buff than last time.
I am looking for guys between 25 and 55 years old who are looking to look great within 3, 6, 9, or 12 months of training 3, 4, 5, or 6 days per week to reach their ideal body. One trick I use is to always make progress on every workout every time and to lose fat everyday while training and dieting to get results faster. I'm looking for New Zealand based males who have just begun TRT through their doctor or want to run a small to moderate cycle to achieve their goals. I can also supply premium NZ ugl testosterone etc if you need a source. My clients will get any products purchased, discounted from the usual price.
At the start I will need to have a video call with you to discuss what you have been doing bodybuilding wise, up until now and find out what has been working and what hasn't.
We need to have a check in each Sunday, to discuss the previous week and all the success and failures of the week so that I can adjust your training and diet etc for the following week. Another couple tricks I use is deload weeks every few weeks to recover the central nervous system from lifting heavy weight so you can continue to progress and the use of periodization in your training programming to allow you to keep progressing. Diet is kept fairly simple where I use calorie counting to lose or gain weight and remove sugar and alcohol from the diet to ensure steady fat loss. The foods used are mainly any type of meat with any type of potatoes or rice and light vegetables 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 times per day depending on a few variables. I don't like using cheat days or cheat meals but I can defiantly factor and account for a refeed or cheat meal every couple weeks if you find it necessary.
I plan and provide a program for your:
- weight training to build muscle
- weight training to build overall body strength
- cardio training for fat loss/health/metabolism
- diet food nutrition
- supplements for training and health
- sleep & recovery protocol
- TRT or steroid cycle protocol
- monitor and achieve overall healthy bloodwork, blood pressure, etc
- create simple grocery shopping list for you
- once per week/fortnight planned refeed/cheat meal to look forward to
- implement deload weeks and the use of periodization in training programming to ensure ongoing progression with building muscle
Payments are made securely using the 'business payment' feature via PayPal. (This is refundable) Payments need to be made four weeks in advance of the following four weeks of coaching.
