Had a nice chest workout. Benched as much as 200 pounds @ 4 reps.
Ate noodles and pork right after. I'm practising eating real carbs and meat post workout, and will use BCAAs preworkout.
Is this unusual for you?
Day 9
Feeling wore out, need some rest. Went to the gym anyways. 4rnold picked me up and we worked legs today. He's my new workout-partner. I've given him a bottle of Formex to run. He started it yesterday.
Had rice and chicken right after the gym again.

As long as you get a good amount of greens, extra fiber is not the issue, its beans are a great low GI source of carbs loaded with proteins, aminos and phytonutrients.
I'll get a refried bean recipe from one of my co-workers. That would be perfect to make and eat the leftovers at work.
NO refried beans, use pinto, garbanza, chicka, kidney and frijoles.
Garbonzo and chick peas are the same thing lol. I make hummus every once in a while. Good stuff and pretty healthy. Garbonzos have the best quality of protein out of all the beans.
