What are macros?

Steve says macros generally refers to the % of protein, carbs, and fats in your diet. The cliched macro ratio of food during the day when it comes to protein/carbs/fats is 40%/40%/20%. However, Steve says some people will have higher protein ratios, some will have higher carb ratios, and some will have higher fat ratios. It is up to you to experiment with what works for you and nobody is going to be able to tell you for sure what will work best because we all have different genetics, jobs, and goals.
Mobster talks about the differences between someone who is an accountant on their butt all day vs. someone who lays bricks all day burning tons of calories.
Steve says he is more concerned with what a person eats than how much they eat. Quality over quantity is important. There is a difference within macros and he gives an example of healthy fats, carbs, and protein vs. nonhealthy options. The guys then talk a bit about IIFYM and the importance of knowing what is put into your body.
Best cutting macros/cycles

Steve starts this off by saying keeping your food portions low is important and using GLP1's like tirzepatide or retatrutide is a great weapon in your journey to add to your steroid cycle. He says a simple stack you can do to cut down is Euro Pharma Anavar 30-50mgs a day, EP Primo 400mgs a week, and some Testosterone at 200mgs a week.
Mobster then goes over a good-cutting macro/cycle. He likes 35-40% protein and carbs and with the rest fat %. He likes the Euro Pharma cutting mix blend which is Tren, Test, and Masteron but he says run the cycle lower. He also says to do more cardio and you will do great.
Steve says Winstrol is also a great cutter and can be added towards the end of a cycle. And EP has great Winstrol which you can run 25-50mgs a day.
Best bulking macros/cycles

Mobster says back in the day you could eat whatever you wanted and grow 30 pounds but get too fat. He believes in lean bulking where you aren't putting on a ton of water or fat. He says to increase your carbs to 50% in this situation. Both he and Steve like Euro Pharma steroids including Deca/NPP and Test together for bulking because of the appetite increases. You can do 300-400mgs of the Deca/NPP along with Test at 200-400mgs a week. Make sure you throw in some proviron too at 25mgs a day to help balance your DHN/DHT levels. You can also add EP Dbol but make sure you also have the EP AI's on hand like Adex and aromasin to control estrogen.
Best recomping macros/cycles

Steve says recomping is the hardest thing you can do in bodybuilding and many will not be able to do this. GLP1's are a great add-on here as well as they will help you burn fat.
You can run EP Trenbolone if you have experience but for most, you can do perfectly fine mixing some Anavar 30-50mgs a day with EP Equipoise at 300mgs a week. He also says you should increase your cardio and limit calories back down.
Steve adds that Masteron is a great hardener and a lot of people will use it to help them during a recomp.
Best strength training macros/cycles

Mobster says you can get away with more carbs in their diet as a strength trainer which is not what you would think. The training is less reps and more sitting between sets. He is looking for healthy fats to help the joints. He says a lot of powerlifters do IIFYM and just eat whatever they want, but he says this is wrong, as this will hurt you more than help you long term.
He needs more bulking drugs which makes it easier for him to lift heavy weights. The best oral steroids are EP Anavar, Dbol, Anadrol, Superdrol, or Halotestin. EP Deca, Tren, and Testosterone are the best injectables.
Best conditioning macros/cycles

When it comes to conditioning you must use the right steroids and not the wrong ones. If you run something like Trenbolone, you will kill your conditioning, as it is super inflammatory in the body. But the 2 steroids Steve loves for endurance are EP Tbol and EP Equipoise. Use the tbol at 20mgs a day and EQ at 300mgs a week. You can also run some light EP HGH at 1iu a day along with GW at 20mgs a day.
When it comes to macros and diet, eat very clean. Steve likes a lot of fruits that help with hydration, electrolytes, and minerals/vitamins. He doesn't believe in the carb-loading BS, he thinks it is counterproductive in a lot of situations.
