How sounds my first cycle?

So I am 20 years old male. 5'9" 168lbs, about 13 BF. I am lifting for about 2 years.

My first cycle would look like this:
8 week cycle
Sustanon® 250mg/ew
Dbol 20mg/ed
Provironum 25mg/ed

PTC
Clomiphene Citrate 50mg/ed
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg/ed
Liv.52® not sure about how much each day.

Any tips?
 
First cycle keep it simple test e/c 500mg for 12 weeks, have a ai at hand which I recommend stane at 12.5 eod well for me lol . Nova and clomid for pct. Ur still young at 20 ur test is up there unless u have blood work to show that ur test is low. Other than that all u need at ur age is whey creatine food and a peanutbutter sock for wackin off.

at 168 and 13% bf you are no where near ready for gear yet.....you will just end up fucking your self up and loosing all your gains.

Dont cycle.
 
I don't think you need to take aas at 20 you can get big just natural just add more food and protein to your diet

Man, I know I am still bit too young, but really it wont change my mind. So I am looking for bets options I can get, so that cycle will be worth it.
 
You can go ahead and run a cycle but this is what is going to happen......

1) AAS will only amplify the effects of what you are able to produce naturally. Naturally you do not know how to train and eat properly and this is definately reflected in your current stats. Thus AAS will only amplify your current results to put on muscle as of right now.

2) AAS is very addicting and can have severe mental side effects especially on younger males. This can lead to dependency that is for life (TRT) and it can also lead to you alienating your friends and your family in order to keep pursuiing your drug high and forgetting that the whole reason you are taking AAS in the first place is to only improve your physique.

3) When you come off AAS since you do not know how to eat and train properly you will loose all your gains. AAS can not be used as a cruch to substitute shitty diet and the lack of experience in the gym. If you can not train properly and increase your intensity without AAS when you come off you will be taking steps back before where you started. This is because to keep your gains after cycle you have to train and eat your AAAAAASSSS OFFF!!!! THis is what makes champions in the gym. The rest are just junkies who cant lift without it.

4) You are ruining yourself for future deveolpment.....there is no substitute for muscle maturity. It takes a lot of time for that grainy look but you will never get there if you fuck up your organs.

Thanks for very informative info but, I am looking for advices on cycle. I really appreciate your post, but I need help with cycle, I dont worry to invest into PCT, I have enough money.
 
Jaaaa bro is not about the money is about your save, we just try to give you good advice cause here were like family, im in this game for 22 years im i still learning from my brothers every day.. When i was 17 i won my first body building contest with no aas just eating

I know man that you only want to help me :) I really appreciate those advices, but I really want to do cycle. You did really good job, congrats on that :). My life wasnt so great in my early years, very though years.
 
How bout this....I will personally help you with your cycle if you can do these things.

1) List out your current diet....macros...timing everything
2) List out your typical week of training. Weights,reps,sets days of the week everything.

Lets tackle this issue first then we can set you up on a begginer cycle that will give you gains that you will be able to keep.
 
Ok, heres my workout plan, had to translate it, it was pretty though.

Mon: chest, Biceps
-Bench straight 4x12
-Bench incline 4x12
-Cable crossover 4x12

-Biceps curl wide barbell 4x10
-biceps curl EZ 3x10

TUE: Back, Triceps
-wide pull ups up to max 3x
-wide pull downs 4x12
-Deadlift 4x10


-dips 4x12
-Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension 4x10
-triceps pushdown 3x12

WEN: Day off

THU:shoulders, traps, abs
-Standing Alternating Dumbbell Press 3x12
-Front Dumbbell Raise 3x12
-One-Arm Side Laterals with cable 4x10

Dumbbell Shrug 4x14

-Hanging legs 3x up to max
-pushing up legs on wide pull up 3x up maxi
-oblique one barbell leans (Dont know how to call it)
Fri: Legs
-leg extension 3x15
-squats 4x12
-leg press 3x10
-Standing Dumbbell Calf Raise 4x12
-Lying Leg Curls 4x12

SAT: Day off
SUN: Day off
 
Im going to do you a favor and post my typical work out and diet.....compare what you are doing to what a pro does and then ask your self about a cycle again.
 
Meal 1
12 eggs 1 whole
8 0z chicken breast
Grilled onions
1.5 cups oats
1 cup pineapple
2 tbsp all natty pb

Meal 2
10 oz Chicken breast
2 cups brown rice ( or white if I am in the offseason with some soy )

Work out

Post workout #1
3 scoops whey
1 apple
1 banana
2 scoops karbolyn
1 tbsp honey

Post Workout #2 ( This is about 60 minutes later)
8 0z steak
10 egg whites
2 russet potatoes
grilled onions

Meal 3
10 oz white fish
10 sweet potato

Meal 4
32 oz non fat greek yogurt
2 tbsp all natty pb

Meal 5
2 scoops anabolic whey
1 scoop casein

I read this post and, and shake my head , Texas Monster, your on a lost cause brother. This guy is hell bent. "Lav" if you get time, read my blog on , "Thoughts on your First Cycle" . What it is, the young folks think they are all done growing ,when in all reality they could be losing another 1-? height , or who knows in muscle/width ,etc. You start aas's and you will stop your "Natural" growth.. It's not all drug's bro, you can shoot a gram of compounds a week and not see any improvement. You have to have some DNA , and 75% of your physique is made in the kitchen, you have to have a pathway to your goals..... just my thought ,Good luck......................AnalogMan
