Thankya sir...Almost beach week for me.Should be right at 200/201 at 12%. One of my female patients told me yesterday,"you just don't look like a health care person, more of a sports/trainer guy". Sad how obese and out of shape a lot of my colleagues are...

Well I tend to overestimate my BF%, b/c I carry it all at my navel...ummm bro I've posted pics of my wheels...hold on I'll bump it.
 
But I'm still trying to fig out how ur only 200. Ur only 2" shorter than me and u look bulked up. Is your scale broken lol.

Dude I only lift 4 days a week 5 max. I vary my reps and rest times per day. I lift, for the most part full body each time I lift and I never lift for more than 1-1.5hrs MAX. I sleep as much as possible and eat a lot but as clean as possible...having said that I ate 1lb of pulled pork yesterday, with green bean caserol and sweet potato crunch with a scoop of banana pudding.
Kraze, I'd never tell a brother what to do or how to do it but I think maybe you lift too many days and need more rest. I've never seen your layout/program but heard u say you lift sometimes twice a day...man that's so crazy stuff and would kill my gainz.

No you are right. I usually only workout 4-5 times a week. I also play a lot of ball. There days a week. I'm a ball player. But I'm doing this recomp do test thing and I have a few injuries during the middle. Ball playing injuries so I felt like I needed to go big here right at the end. I work diff muscles in the am and then diff in the pm. It has actually helped get the last few gains here at the end. I'm 6'2" 218-220# 10% bf. I'm just wondering why you don't weigh more. You are pretty big and great definition. Oh also I'm not always lifting for size gain. I lift also for muscle endurance and strength. I eat good food I do eat what I want tho. I have my whole life. I have a stellar metabolism even at 40. You carry your 200# very solidly I will say that. Good work.

Thanks Kraze, means a lot. I've lifted a long time natty and built a sold, not great, strength base. I say sold b/c my squat has always been a little low, but I front squat so it's hard to compare with the back squat. I do switch b/n BBing style and powerlifting style at least 2-3x/yr. I like to strength or powerlift (reps ranges, heavy weights, longer rests) for 8-10 week cycles. Then spend 12-16wks BBing style of lifting.
Cardio I limit to sprints and the weekend hikes...I wish I had a resistance bike cause I'd hit that a few times a week.
 
Obviously its working great with how ur doing ur weight lifting bro, but if i may ask, how come u r hitting full body every time u lift, instead of doing like chest and tris one day, back and bis one day, shoulders and legs one day, then repeat. Just wandering bro?

Cause that method is ineffective for me. Only pro's or very advanced lifters do those types of routines and see results. They prolly only do them a few weeks out from a competition to work on weak points.
I mainly do compound lifts, very few if any isolation. Guys ask me what lifts I do for traps, b/c mine are pretty good size and I say "nothing". I don't have to isolate them b/c I dead lift and over head and behind the neck press.

Hope my wife still looks that good at 37. I think she will since shes as dedicated to training as me if not more. If she does let herself go i'll just divorce her haha

Just wish my legs would catch up to my upper body. But that's what I get for training only beach muscles when I was starting out.
 
I switch up light and heavy. One day I'll hit heavy presses and light raises etc. Another light presses and heavy raises. Just the way I've always trained my body seems to work for me, keep the body guessing.

You guys are some freakin monsters in here.... This is me right now... I'm on one week in to a test cycle pinning 400 a week gonna throw var the last 6 weeks... Current weight is 173 this will be my 4th cycle 2nd with more then one compound first one with test over 300mg a week... All cycles have been 10 weeks

I don't worry about bigger guys in the gym. Ya know why because I use perfect form I breath right and work each area the proper way. IDC if it takes me another year to look like them. Because when its all said and done their gains will fade away as quickly as they appeared. Mine will last forever.

I can tell when it's summer because all of a sudden you see dudes looking decent while on summer cycles lol. I've never seen this many guys with "big muscles" at the gym lol
