Why not just go directly to the brewer if you know them? Don’t risk it being cut with oil by an UGL.

My friend is a chef too…..thing is he doesn’t sell individual bottles he sells 100ml bottles to various labs…in his case that is why he doesn’t sell direct…If you buy the raws for him he will brew them for you though
