Well... Here's my meals of today
First meal - Protein shake (50grams whey, 1 egg, 200ml egg whites, berries and banana).
Second meal - 400g diced beef and 3 scrambled eggs
Third meal: 2 boiled eggs, potato bake, 6 mini chicken things and some steak.
Fourth meal - Sausage, 2 chicken drumsticks, potato bake, steak, bean and rice salad
Nice looking food man!
